A bizzarre bench made out of bent scrap wood, designed to hold my hand tools at the time.

Not sure why I'm reposting this, but well it's too late now :P When I lived in D.C. I didn't have a lot of room in my apartment to work, nor keep much extra wood or parts. So I endeavored to take the crappy wood I had and turn it into a storage bench. This was done with only hand tools and took alot of cutting in a cheapy miter box.

Originally I followed a sawhorse design, but the legs were too close together, making it a giant teeter-totter     View of the side of the 'finished' product
Another view of the ghastly bench     Last picture, I swear ;)

Well it was ugly yet pretty functional, I had it for almost 2 years and used it regularly. I threw it out when I moved since it didn't have a prayer of surviving.
