Almost warm and Wiimote Working

Well spring is finally here, after a somewhat brutal winter. So hopefully I can start doing more of my woodworking again. I have a half completed stepping stool for my wife, and a half completed pipe holder :p After those 2 are done I plan to build a computer table as my first real woodworking project.

I've been doing lots of little things, mostly math and CS related, and realize I might need to add one more section at the top for smaller 'projects'.

I received an IOGear GBU421 earlier today, and already have my computer set up to use the Wiimote. It was incredibly trivial:

Add uinput and all the bluetooth modules to the kernel
Emerge the bluez utils and libraries
Overlay and emerge cwiid
Update the kernel, and reboot to make sure all changes are picked up
wmgui to test, and wminput to use as a mouse

I'm very impressed with how easy it was I spent about 30 minutes, almost all of which was waiting on things to compile. Everything works great, except I haven't tried the speaker yet and the default mouse behaviour is a little weird (Rotate the controller for right and left) (Update: nevermind wminput -c ir_ptr works).
